Use of iqcheck24.de implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms may be adjusted at any time, and users are obliged to review them regularly. The website is generally available 24/7, although interruptions may occur due to maintenance.

The website iqcheck24.de provides online IQ tests. Registration and taking the test are free. Detailed results and a certificate are available for €0.99 (including VAT). Purchasing the results automatically initiates a subscription of €9.99 per month (including VAT) with a minimum term of three months. After the minimum term, the subscription automatically renews monthly unless canceled.

The website uses modern web technologies. Users agree to access the site with up-to-date hardware, virus-free software, and a current browser. NIKLY Media LTD. is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the website.

NIKLY Media LTD. owns all intellectual property rights on iqcheck24.de, including text, images, logos, designs, and software. Any reproduction, modification, or publication without express permission is prohibited.

NIKLY Media LTD. is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages. Liability for indirect damages, such as lost profits, is excluded.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time after the minimum term, either via the cancellation button in the user area or by emailing kontakt@iqcheck24.de. Refunds are only given for prepaid periods that are no longer used after cancellation.

Bulgarian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations of the customer’s country of residence take precedence.
