Refund Policy

These terms set the rules for cancellations and refunds in connection with the services of iqcheck24.de. The website is operated by NIKLY Media LTD., Atanas Dukov 1, 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria. These terms apply to all users, whether the services are used in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or other countries. Deviating conditions from the customer are not accepted.

The return policy applies exclusively to the digital services of iqcheck24.de. This includes, in particular, IQ tests, the provision of test results, and digital certificates. Use of the services is tied to a subscription with a minimum term of three months.

Registration and taking the IQ test are free. Access to the full results and certificate costs €0.99 (including VAT). Purchasing the results automatically starts a subscription of €9.99 per month (including VAT) with a minimum term of three months. After the minimum term, the subscription automatically renews monthly unless canceled.

The subscription is personal and may not be shared with others. Users agree to use the services only for private and lawful purposes. Commercial use is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension of access.

Since the services are delivered digitally:

Customers may end their subscription at any time after the minimum term. Cancellation can be done by clicking the cancellation button on the website or by sending a simple email to kontakt@iqcheck24.de. Once cancellation is confirmed, no further payments will be collected. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Technical data such as IP address, provider, and access time may be collected when visiting the website. Personal data is only collected if users voluntarily provide it (e.g., registration, order, contact). Data may only be shared with third parties to fulfill the contract. Data is never sold.

Data subjects have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of their data at any time.

iqcheck24.de may contain links to external websites. NIKLY Media LTD. is not responsible for their content.

Cookies may be stored when visiting the website to facilitate usage and collect statistics. Users can disable cookies in their browser settings; however, this may limit website functionality.

As services are delivered digitally, the provision of digital content (test results, certificate, access to the test system) is considered complete. The right of withdrawal may expire under Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU if the user consents to execution.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time after the minimum term via the cancellation button or by emailing kontakt@iqcheck24.de. Refunds are only provided for prepaid periods that are no longer used after cancellation.

Bulgarian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations of the customer’s country of residence take precedence.
